Every machine that visits our shop receives the following 10-point computer Check-up at no extra charge**.  This package includes some basic maintenance features that will improve system functionality and speed.   By performing these checks we can immediately determine if your system is not performing its best. *

  • Check for Updated Motherboard Drivers *
  • Check Device Manager *
    Check for errors and correct drivers
  • Check for adequate drive space *
  • Standard Scan Disk *
    Check for lost clusters, lost file fragments, cross-linked files, invalid file names, drive errors including bad sectors
  • Startup Check *
    Look for potential startup problems in system startup files
  • Performance Enhancement *
    We will inform you if Startup Clutter Removal     is needed.
  • Check for a Clean inside system *
    We will let you know if we need to Remove cover and air-blow inside computer system for dust removal
  • Check Adapter Card connections *
    Check and re-seat if necessary
  • Check Heat-related Issues (Fan OPS Test / Visual inspection) *
    Most CPU failures are due to CPU fan failure or other heat-related issues
  • Check Virus Software *
    Update .dat files if necessary
