Create a business

QuickBooks Premier 2003 can help you quickly create a business plan
to use when trying to secure a small business loan or line of credit
or to plan for the future. Just select "Business Plan" and
answer simple interview questions. QuickBooks uses your answers and
your historical QuickBooks data to create a projected balance sheet,
profit and loss statement and statement of cash flows in the format
recommended by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Sample text helps
you understand what's expected for each section. It's never been easier
or faster to create a working business plan!
Create a forecast of income and expenses based on your QuickBooks
data (New!)
Now you can easily create an annual forecast of your expected income
and expenses based on your actual QuickBooks data. You can then adjust
the forecast numbers by applying a percentage increase or decrease across
a line item. Later, you can generate a report that compares your forecast
to your actual results.

The powerful new Expert Analysis Tool in QuickBooks Premier 2003 examines

QuickBooks has a new Sales Order feature that let's you keep track of
orders from customers. With this feature you can track what orders you
need to fulfill without affecting accounts receivable. This feature
is also a great way to track back orders when your customer orders something
and you're out of stock.
Track inventory
by components and finished goods (New!)
Manage your inventory with more accuracy and less manual tracking. Create
an inventory item in QuickBooks Premier for each finished good by specifying
which components of your current inventory you need to produce it. QuickBooks
will automatically track your inventory items and finished goods, so
you always know what you actually have on hand.

files. No version mixups! Remote Access is included for QuickBooks Premier
2003 users for the first 12 months at no charge. Just visit the Remote
Access registration site to set up a user I.D. and password, and you're
all set! As long as your office PC is on and connected to the Internet,
even if it isn't running QuickBooks at the time, you can work on your
QuickBooks Premier file from any Internet-connected remote PC. Only
the people you authorize will be able to access your data using your
I.D. and password. And your connection is protected by industry standard
encryption technology used by banks and online trading firms.
